Stewart Watts (Glasgow)

Stewart has been training and performing in aerial arts since February 2012. Although he has experience in many aerial disciplines including Static Trapeze, Aerial Hoop and Chinese pole, Stewart has principally focused his training in Aerial Silks and Rope (Corde Lisse) and now performs and teaches in both disciplines regularly. In 2013, he became a member of the Commonwealth Youth Circus, a project put together for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, and performed all over Scotland with the Queens Baton Relay tour. He continues to perform regularly as an aerialist at ‘Wild Cabaret’ in Glasgow’s Merchant City. Out with his aerial career, Stewart also works as a massage therapist. Stewart works as a full-time aerial instructor at Aerial Edge in Glasgow, teaching the Youth Circus classes as well as aerial silks, hoop and rope classes for adults.
